Join Citi's Portfolio Credit Management Group, where our mission is to minimize credit losses across wholesale portfolios through robust risk management. Our Regulatory Capital / RWA Oversight team is pivotal in ensuring strong RWA processes and aligning with Citi's enterprise-wide capital framework. This role offers an exciting opportunity to directly influence our core risk functions.

What you'll do :

As a Lead Analyst, you will play a crucial role in overseeing foundational wholesale models used for RWA calculations and enhancing model control processes. Your key responsibilities will include :

• Leading data analytics, including assessing, sourcing, and sanitizing data, to support model processes and remediation efforts.
• Managing business-as-usual (BAU) activities for foundational default risk models (PD / LGD / CCF).
• Critically evaluating model developers' work, identifying and addressing limitations, and providing expert review and challenge.
• Facilitating MRM validation and collaborating with diverse stakeholders on implementation matters.
• Supporting senior team members in diagnosing and resolving issues and Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) from internal and external stakeholders.
• Translating complex analytical findings into clear, concise communications for internal stakeholders.
