WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Own the design and implementation of backend services that manage liquidity, compliance, and transactional flows;
• Ship clean, well-tested TypeScript code and evolve our architecture as we scale;
• Work closely with the founders on everything from API ergonomics to bank core integrations;
• Build with an eye toward correctness, observability, and auditability in order to scale the system to billions in volume;
• Shape engineering culture and help make early hiring decisions.

Requirements

5+ years of backend experience, ideally building high-uptime systems in fintech, crypto, or banking; Prior experience working on either fintech / banking compliance systems and / or managing crypto or fiat liquidity; Track record of building and scaling infrastructure from the ground up; Strong command of TypeScript; Comfortable with ambiguity and excited by early-stage execution; Experience in a remote-first company including strong communication skills and an understanding of building remote-first culture; Upper-Intermediate English level.
