We are currently building and continuously developing our team and are offering employment for the position of :

Doradca Techniczno-Handlowy

Territory : 2-3 counties

Responsibilities include :

Visiting farms daily, focused on both crop and animal production;
Analyzing crop quality and animal welfare to provide optimal solutions;
Providing professional advice and support to farmers for current issues;
Achieving sales targets while maintaining high service standards.

We are looking for candidates who :

Have at least basic agronomic knowledge;

Have at least one year of experience as a sales representative;

Are passionate about agriculture and enjoy working outdoors;

Possess a category B driving license.

We offer :

Employment contract on a full-time basis, initial contract for 6 months;

Base salary plus monthly commissions on sales with no upper limit;

Work close to your residence within 2-3 counties;

Company laptop, phone, and vehicle with full freedom of use;

Ownership of the vehicle after 3 years of meeting sales targets;

Support through a few-week onboarding period and various training sessions (cyclical and tailored to the employee);
