Function Overview

We are looking for someone interested joining amazing diverse team of talented and customer centric people across the world. We are offering 2 -3 months unpaid internship under an agreement with the university.

What you will do :

Learning how to prepare onboarding forms for Sales and / or Customers

Supporting contacting customers to support them with getting through AML and KYC process

Supporting collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment

Learning how to escalate any issues raised within the onboarding process and drive them towards resolution

Complete welcome calls and training calls to customers

Trying to manager large customer implementations

Who you are : English knowledge

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills

Growth mindset with a constant desire to receive feedback, learn and grow
