About the Role

As a Junior / Middle Talent Operations Specialist , you’ll play a key role in connecting top engineering talent with the right projects, supporting career growth, and enhancing retention within a fast‑growing, multicultural company. You’ll gain hands‑on experience in full‑cycle talent operations, collaborate across teams, and take ownership of initiatives that improve processes while growing your expertise in HR and IT operations.

What You Will Do

• Help our Software Engineers to find new projects within AgileEngine
• Connect outstanding requests with matching opportunities and support them through the whole process (e.g. help our Engineers to find a part‑time Project or a Mentor within the company)
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve our goals
• Create well‑structured, neat, engaging, and informative resumes according to the company’s guidelines
• Keep track of available talent and job opportunities
