  • Collaborate with DevOps support teams to troubleshoot complex OS / DB / application interactions.
  • Support environment planning, capacity allocation, and infrastructure lifecycle management.
  • Contribute to the automation of recurring infrastructure tasks using scripting and configuration tools.
  • Partner with global engineering and vendor teams to ensure deployment standards are met.
  • Participate in production support rotations, including scheduled weekend work and on-call duties.
  • Our requirements

  • Extensive experience in Oracle database administration and performance tuning in enterprise environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux-based infrastructure and distributed system design.
  • Experience supporting services related to workload orchestration or managed file transfer (e.g. Control-M, SFG).
  • Familiarity with infrastructure automation and scripting tools (e.g. Shell, Python, Ansible).
  • Ability to work independently and solve complex, cross-platform issues involving multiple layers.
  • Solid understanding of platform security, patching, and operational resilience best practices.
  • Excellent collaboration skills across global infrastructure and application teams.
  • Willingness to support occasional weekend deployments and take part in on-call rotations.
