• Previous experience in a data governance, data management, data risk and control role or alternative experience in cross functional roles like data architecture may be applicable.
• In-depth understanding of data governance, quality, cyber security and compliance.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Financial Services such as Banking, Wealth Management and Capital Markets, core banking application such as Avaloq supporting the banking business processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven record of effective project management, including planning and decision making, identifying priorities and bringing projects to successful completion in a timely manner while maintaining a focus on high standards and quality.
• Excellent oral and written communication, articulate, diplomatic, strategic thinker, visionary, persuasive, able to negotiation and manage conflicts, ability to understand high-level strategy but also be engaged in the detail.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field and expert level of experience dealing directly with data management required.
• Experience in data management and analytics tools such as Collibra, Alteryx, Tableau is a plus.
• Recognized Data Management qualification preferred (e.g. DCAM)
