An international company operating within the industrial and B2B services sector is currently seeking a Senior Commercial Attorney to join its growing legal function in Kraków. This is a strategic position supporting complex global commercial contracts and cross-border legal processes.

The position is based in a global shared services center , with wide exposure to senior legal stakeholders and business partners across multiple regions.

Requirements

Law degree and valid license to practice law;

10+ years of experience in commercial contracts, ideally in an international environment;

Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus;

Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of B2B contracts;

Prior in-house legal experience strongly preferred;

Experience leading or mentoring a legal team (lawyers or paralegals);

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities across geographies;

Business-oriented mindset with a practical approach to legal challenges.

Responsibilities

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements with B2B clients;

Supporting contract execution and advising internal stakeholders on legal risk and compliance;

Interacting with global legal and business teams to ensure alignment with company policies;

Managing complex contract negotiations, including customer paper and internal templates;

Providing mentorship and oversight to other legal professionals in the team.
