Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
Being assigned as a controller to the IT function.
Budget preparation, validation and submission
Cost control and analyzing the financial figures, forecasts, actual performance & other relevant KPIs to track performance versus targets
Performing monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting for the Head of IT and IT Senior Managers
Cooperating closely with Corporate Controlling and Financial Planning Teams located in Head Quarter
Developing reporting structures using macros, RPA, BI tools and other high-tech solutions
Work with Business Intelligence Department to ensure high level of data accuracy and timely delivery
Finding new & automated solutions to optimize production of management reports and presentations
Supporting questions & queries from key stakeholders
About you
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following :
1 - 3 years of solid professional experience in Financial Reporting, Controlling or Analyst Role
Working knowledge of Business Warehouse (“Analysis for Office” would be advantage)
High Excel and Power Point proficiency
Experience in BI & ETL tools (Power Query, Power Pivot, Power BI, SQL, Tableau)
Ability to see the bigger picture, as well ability to dive into details
Good communication and presentation skills
Fluency in English, both speaking and writing
