• Ensuring the trouble-free operation of our heterogeneous infrastructure consisting of Linux and Windows systems
• Carrying out server migrations and their operation
• 2nd level support for applications, hardware and network tasks
• Support for user administration via Active Directory
• Support with regular maintenance and configuration of the virtual infrastructure
• Planning, conceptualization and implementation of new IT requirements and projects
