PPC Specialist
Your responsibilities
We are looking for a skilled and motivated PPC Specialist with a strong focus on the Polish market. If you have 2+ years of experience managing Google, PMax, and Shopping campaigns, and see yourself as a PPC expert more than a social media buyer, we want to hear from you. Join our dynamic team and play a key role in driving performance through data-driven strategies and creative solutions across Google, Meta, and Bing Ads.
What We Expect from You :
- Set-up, manage, analyse and scale campaigns and budgets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to keep spend optimised for sales growth while hitting strict CPA / ROAS goals using Google, Meta & Bing Ads;
- Conduct thorough keyword research, ad grouping, and audience targeting to optimise campaign effectiveness;
- Create new ad ideas each month by working with the copy and design teams to develop fresh and exciting creatives;
- Day-to-day tracking and analysis on the performance of each campaign using GA4 and attribution tools.
- Regularly prepare and deliver performance reports to the manager, identifying successes and opportunities for improvement;
- Continuously ideate, implement, and measure results of A / B testing for both creatives and campaign targeting to optimise for conversions and improve performance on the paid advertising platforms;
- Troubleshoot blockers to scale ad spend;
- Collaborate with content, design & SEO teams to find the best-performing creatives and copy;
- Stay ahead of the latest Google, Bing, Meta Ads features and advertising trends;
- Setup : Events, Audiences and APIs as needed.
Our requirements
What You’ll Need to Succeed :
Experience in managing Google Ads campaigns, Meta Business account management with a proven track record of driving growth and ROAS;Experience in the Google Ads and Meta platforms, building campaigns, audiences, ad sets, and ads;Confidence in using and setting up analytics tools such as GA4;Demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights;Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork skills, capable of collaborating with various departments;Fluency in Polish and good knowledge of English;Have strong ownership of Google Ads account and strong decision-making skills.Skills :
