Payroll Analyst with Italian

ABOUT THE ROLE

In the role of Payroll Analyst with Italian , you will be working together with a team of professionals , supporting the payroll processes for 34 countries across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa , with a particular focus on Italy.

WHAT WILL YOU DO :

  • Manage the payroll process conducted by Arrow's external partners by collecting , checking , reconciling , and processing payroll input data .
  • Ensure the accuracy of payroll data .

Provide the external vendors with input and instructions .

  • Provide payroll output data to Finance in a timely manner .
  • Prepare reports for HR and Finance .
  • Resolve employee queries or coordinate solutions with the payroll vendor .
  • Collaborate closely with various departments across the company.
  • Participate in payroll-related projects .

    • WHO YOU ARE :

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in the payroll (or related) area .
  • You pay attention to detail .
  • You have strong MS Office literacy (especially MS Excel)
  • You understand how to work with confidential data .
  • You feel comfortable working with tight deadlines .
  • You speak English and Italian fluently ( mandatory) .
