P2P Team Leader

Responsibilities :

Managing the P2P team by setting individual and team goals, organizing work, and prioritizing tasks in the team, along with setting standards for their execution.

Supervising and conducting recruitment activities within the team.

Overseeing accounting processes and activities in the P2P area (including : invoice and service postings, fixed asset settlements, execution of domestic and international payments, conducting offsets, managing inventory, participating in month-end closing, tax declarations, GUS and NBP reports).

Preparing and presenting results

Coordinating training processes for team members

Collaborating with external auditors and providing necessary audit documentation

Coordinating accounting-related projects

Managing the payment process

Coordinating internal and external process communication for the P2P area

Implementing and developing corrective and quality improvement actions in assigned processes

Finance / Economics educational background

5+ years of accounting experience

In-depth knowledge of P2P operations,

Very good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamic would be an advantage)

Very good command of spoken and written English (and other European languages are a plus)

High level of proactivity, resilience, and persistence

Ability to work in a structured, analytical, and careful manner, paying attention to the quality of the work results
