Job description

Czym będziesz się zajmować?

  • Coordinate the full contract lifecycle
  • Review and approve contracts manually
  • Ensure contracts comply with legal, regulatory, and internal policies
  • Manage contractual changes, including commercial model updates, ensuring clear stakeholder communication
  • Maintain and track contract obligations and deliverables
  • Monitor contract costs and invoices, manage spend tracking and reconciliations
  • Define and lead roadmap and demand planning with Product Owners and Domain Leads
  • Lead governance meetings with the supplier in line with agreed processes
  • Ensure process resilience with documented workflows and stakeholder-approved updates
  • Act as SME for contract-finance matters, entitlements, license drawdowns, and domain-level engagement
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial documentation with robust version control and a single source of truth
  • Lead demand planning and roadmap definition in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Manage contractual changes with impact analysis and stakeholder alignment
  • Conduct regular supplier governance meetings
  • Maintain operational continuity through strong documentation and ownership

Kogo poszukujemy?

  • Proven experience in vendor, cost, contract, and financial management
  • Strong financial analysis and forecasting skills, including Pamp;L ownership
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
  • Good understanding of sourcing and category management practices
  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure platforms and technologies (IBM knowledge is a plus)
  • Experience working within a global IT delivery model
  • Knowledge of vendor management frameworks and contract governance
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to influence decision-makers across multiple levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to lead in a geographically and culturally diverse environment
  • Experience in managing cost reduction and optimization initiatives
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
