QA Engineer with Playwright

Client : banking industry

Hourly Rate : up to 130 PLN + VAT

Location : Gdansk or Gdynia or Warsaw or Lodz, Poland

Work arrangement : hybrid, 2 days at the office, full-time

For our Client from banking industry we are looking for QA Engineer

Detailed description of work task to be carried out :

We are looking for an automation tester who is self-driven and proactive, capable of taking initiatives and leading the automation efforts. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining automation frameworks, driving test strategy, and ensuring high-quality delivery through automated testing practices. Some manual testing will be needed when the demand is there.

Must-have knowledge and experience :

Proven experience in building automation frameworks from scratch

Strong skills in API testing

Proficiency with Playwright

Solid understanding of JavaScript / TypeScript

Experience with Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD)

Good knowledge of SQL databases

Exposure to CI / CD pipelines / Setting up and maintaining

Nice-to-have knowledge and experience :

Experience with Python

Familiarity with cloud-based testing environments

Knowledge of performance and security testing
