Position Description
- Monitor calls for tenders published on national platforms and customers’ portals and communicate opportunities to the sales team.
- Coordinate and follow up on tender activities with sales and other departments
- Analyze the terms and conditions of each tender to ensure compliance with internal company policies.
- Ensure submission of offers on time and in line with public tender regulations.
- Notify sales representatives of contract outcomes (won or lost) and track deadlines for contract renewals.
- Manage the lifecycle of tender-related documents such as contracts, agreements, and amendments.
- Organize the distribution, classification, and archiving of these documents.
- Maintain and update tender database in Salesforce.
- Handle complaints and resolve day-to-day administrative issues related to contracts and tenders.
Position Requirements
Bachelor’s degree.Fluent in Italian, with communicative knowledge of English or Polish.Minimum of 2 years of professional experience, ideally at similar roleExperience in the medical or biotech industry is advantageous.A legal background is considered a plus.Very good knowledge in Office tools (especially Excel, Outlook, Adobe)Working experience in CRM platform will be an asset.Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.Strong teamwork and adaptability to an international environment.A detail-oriented, solution-driven mindset, with a strong sense of responsibility.What we offer
