Account Manager for Public Sector (Enterprise BU)

Your responsibilities

  • Seek out, identify, develop and close business opportunities with key customers from Public sector. Collect and analyze all marketing information
  • Enhance , develop customer relationships
  • Manage and coordinate all activities between Huawei and the customer. Promote the full range of Huawei Technologies solutions to defined customers
  • Produce and deliver formal business proposals and presentations
  • Identify key customer requirements and coordinate with Product solution team in order to fulfill the requirement
  • Manage customer expectation and satisfaction. Lead product solution and service team to solve the issues raised by customers
  • Take first responsibility for cash collection
  • Create and present customer proposals and offerings
  • Create co-operative business plans with customers and their partners and help to define new business models and support product features
  • Create Sales Account strategy and plans which will identify, quantify, and recommend Sales action plans to address new business opportunities consistent with overall company strategy

Our requirements

  • Demonstrate relationship and successful business development record at central and local public institutions in Poland
  • Demonstrate ability to develop new business with new technology
  • Demonstrate ability to manage customer accounts at both the CxO and technical level
  • Ability to establish brands, explore product opportunities, work out customer product competitive strategies and competitive plans
  • Have a good working knowledge of at least one or more of the following products & solutions : IT solutions (storage, servers), IP solutions, Transmission solution or Wireless network solutions
  • Knowledge and skills for operate sales projects from opportunities to contract (E2E)
  • Knowledge and experience to drive the improvement of contract quality
  • Detailed knowledge of local energy companies business models and service management strategies
  • Minimum 3 / 4 years direct sales / account management of central and local public institutions on the market
  • Experience with a proven track record and cooperation with an international equipment company
  • A proven track record of building long-term relationships with strategic accounts.
  • Skills for negotiation
  • Excellent collaboration skills with a wide variety of people (product management, engineering, marketing)
  • Ability to show creativity and a different way of thinking will be essential
  • Must welcome challenges
  • Must be self-motivated and capable of working under own initiative.
  • Teamwork. Must be natural to organize people from different dept. and work for common target
  • Good knowledge of English

  • Reporting to the Sales Director you will be responsible for establishing, developing and closing business opportunities with key accounts in the Public sector. Furthermore you will manage all aspects of the relationship with portfolio of customers. The position requires senior level sales experience with both large enterprise in public sector accounts as well as public tender procurement process. This position is located in Poland.
