Sanoma Learning’s NPM train is on the lookout for a Full Stack Tech Leader to join our vibrant, international team. We’re a group of enthusiastic, friendly, and talented individuals dedicated to revolutionizing primary education. As a Full Stack Tech Leader , you’ll play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of our platform for primary education, used by tens of thousands of teachers and students. You will contribute to innovative solutions that meet the needs of educators and learners alike.

Role Responsibilities

We are looking for a candidate with strong technical expertise, a collaborative attitude, and the ability to contribute to system improvements and overall team success.

• Develop and enhance application features using Python 3.12, FastApi and SQLAlchemy for the Backend and Angular 15+, TypeScript, NgRx, Electron and Capacitor for the FrontEnd.
• Manage deployments in main stores like Google Play and App Store.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Service Engineers to identify areas for improvement in system architecture, performance, and maintainability.
• Optimize application performance, ensuring scalability and responsiveness.
• Work with Docker and Kubernetes (K8s) to deploy, manage, and monitor microservices-based applications.
• Strong knowledge in AWS Infrastructure.
• Work with databases ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval using MongoDB and MySQL.
• Follow best practices in CI / CD, DevOps, and cloud-native development.
• Write clean, modular, and well-documented code with a focus on reusability and maintainability.
• Conduct code reviews, write unit and integration tests, and improve overall code quality.
