TP is looking for new WFM Coordinator
We are looking for someone who coordinates schedules, tracks performance, and helps ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time to meet business needs.
Main duties :
- Coordinating the scheduling, forecasting and modification process across all LOBs;
- Supervising RTM on the project / LOB;
- Analysis of operational KPIs and preparation of reports for a given project / LOB;
- Co-responsibility for the analysis, optimization, standardization and implementation of WFM processes in the entrusted part of the organization;
- Close cooperation with the Operations and HR Departments on matters related to planning, management and acquisition of resources necessary to achieve the client's KPIs;;
- Identifying the causes of failure of key delivery KPIs;
- Escalation of identified risks and threats in accordance with the applicable process;
- Gathering requirements for new tools and metrics.
