Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced IT Delivery Manager to lead and govern complex technology delivery initiatives within a large-scale industrial environment. The role sits at the intersection of business, IT platforms, and external vendors, with full accountability for delivery quality, timelines, cost, and stakeholder alignment.

You will act as the IT counterpart to the ECC Delivery Manager , ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery across automation and digital initiatives, while managing vendors, stakeholders, and cross-platform dependencies.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery & Program Management

Own and manage the end-to-end delivery roadmap across multiple initiatives and workstreams.

Plan and control scope, timelines, budget, dependencies, risks, and reporting.

Drive recovery plans where delivery risks or issues arise.

Stakeholder & Governance Management

Act as a senior escalation point for business and IT stakeholders.

Lead difficult conversations, decision-making, and resolution of delivery challenges.

Implement and enforce delivery governance, QA standards, and compliance / security requirements .

Vendor & Partner Management

Manage multiple vendors and delivery partners across different commercial models (T&M, fixed price, fixed team).

Negotiate contracts and delivery models to optimise cost and outcomes.

Define and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and conduct regular performance reviews.

Cross-Platform & IT Coordination

Coordinate with application, integration, and infrastructure teams.

Lead feasibility assessments during Define & Design phases.

Support Develop and UAT phases to ensure smooth integration with target systems.

Manage and escalate cross-platform dependencies as required.

Automation & Digital Alignment

Oversee delivery for the Automation Factory , covering :

RPA

Intelligent Document Processing (IDP)

Serverless automation

Ensure alignment between business requirements, technical design, and delivery execution.

Must-Have Requirements

Strong academic background (Computer Science, Engineering, Management, Economics or similar).

Several years of experience in IT delivery / program management roles.

Proven experience managing complex, multi-vendor technology programs end-to-end.

Background in industrial / manufacturing environments (GBS, production, supply chain, OT / IT preferred).

Strong experience in :

Vendor management and contract negotiation

Portfolio and roadmap management

Risk, budget, and dependency management

Governance, quality assurance, and compliance

Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills & Experience

Experience with :

Robocorp (Python-based RPA)

IDP tools (ABBYY, Kofax, Azure Form Recognizer)

Serverless platforms (Azure Functions, AWS Lambda)

Knowledge of DevOps & SDLC (CI / CD, test management, release / UAT orchestration).

Familiarity with enterprise integration (API, iPaaS, ESB) and basic architecture patterns (event-driven, microservices).

Experience within GBS / Shared Services environments.

PMP / Prince2

Scrum / Agile (PSM, SAFe)
