Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation :
The general purpose of Sales Insights and Analytics is to be a data - driven consultant to the Central Senior Management and Sales Teams by providing insights & recommendations to enable and drive fact-based decisions. The Business Analytics Functions support and steer the business to achieve sales targets as well as the strategy by creating a holistic reporting landscape and analysing relevant KPIs. This team acts as a partner function to provide support, guidance and clarity to all sales teams, as well as General Management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Providing 360° analytical support toward key accounts and stakeholders
- Leading external and internal trade meetings to exchange on key insights and deliverables
- Ensure data-readiness on a weekly basis by liaising with accounts, receiving their sell-out data, ensuring data-integrity and monitor internal reporting systems.
- Improve data-quality and data-sharing guidelines with accounts by implementing and monitoring systems such as EDI, FTP, Microstrategy, SPS
- Supporting internal stakeholders thru out key sell-in milestones
- Delivering weekly sell-out summaries to keep stakeholders aligned on account performance
- Collaborate with broader SIA team to exchange on best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to maximize the impact of the provided Insights.
- Support in cross functional projects, e.g., Forecasting, Budget, Trade Terms, IBP
