As a Sales Team Leader reporting to the Sales Manager your purpose will be to effectively manage the subordinate team by motivating them, setting goals, and properly evaluating their work to achieve the company's established results. Additionally promoting and selling Booksy products in accordance with company guidelines while maintaining and expanding the customer base. Within your task will be also creating processes to improve collaboration between the Sales team and other teams within the organization.

What you'll get to do :

• Lead and Develop : You'll manage and coordinate your reporting team, taking ownership of their development, training, and motivation to help them achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Drive Sales Excellence : You’ll conduct sales conversations for our SaaS and Boost products, actively engaging with clients through various channels, and exploring new opportunities for growth.
• Innovate Processes : You’ll be instrumental in creating and analyzing sales processes to improve efficiency and collaboration within the sales department and with other teams.
• Build Relationships : You'll manage customer relationships from initial contact through onboarding, ensuring a positive experience.
• Strategic Impact : You’ll actively support the Sales Manager in executing current initiatives and achieving strategic goals.
