The purpose of the position is to efficiently coordinate operational travel-related activities with focus on customer satisfaction. The position requires a finance professional with preferably prior experience of working in GBS or shared services organizations with a good understanding T&E process.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, IT or similar
- High customer service focus and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of related process areas in finance
- Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational and communicational skills
- Hands-on experience working with ERP system preferred
- MS Office, knowledge and experience of ERP.
- Fluent in English; other language competencies welcomed, especially Polish

Responsibilities :
The responsibilities as T&E Accountant include :
Execution of T&E managementSupport with internal and external auditsMaintain employee queries related to T&EOperational responsibilities
Provide operational travel-related tasks, including addressing general queries and resolving issuesMaintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and data in company systemsManage Corporate Credit Cards and monitor Credit Card Uploads from the bank providerPrepare Travel Expense Reports and monitor the flow of Travel Expense Reports and follow up on employee vendor balances if neededOther responsibilities
Provide inputs to AP Manager during identification of process improvement opportunities aligned with direct leadersEnsure timely identification and reporting of risksAssist with both internal and external audits to ensure complete, timely and accurate responses to information requestsEnsure a ‘partnership approach’ to develop positive relationships with other working groupsEnsure error-resolution is performed to high standards, within reasonable timeframes, and with the end-user satisfaction in mindThe offer :
