  • You have solid experience working on a wide variety of commercial projects, which demanded careful research and analysis of advanced functionalities.
  • You’ve worked in (or led) a variety of teams of different compositions, sizes, and levels of experience. The international environment doesn’t scare you.
  • You are responsible for a variety of technical aspects related to projects and initiatives.
  • You respect the solutions introduced both in the code and the organization, carefully reviewing them and suggesting further improvements. You are usually involved in the design of new architectures.
  • You have a thorough understanding of all design elements. While planning new components, you always have the overall system in mind.
  • When talking to the business, you’re eager to suggest improvements in terms of technology and monetization of the project. You can stand against the preference of technology over the business (or otherwise), as you understand their indissolubility.
  • You have mastered soft skills, making the connection between the business and the team effortless.
  • You know the business requirements and can transfer them to the system.
  • When meeting with the client, you are able to not only gather the requirements but also suggest improvements and changes based on your understanding of their business.
