HR Services Supervisor - Talent Acquisition Administration (Maternity Cover)

Your responsibilities

  • Overseeing day-to-day operations of the TA Administration team supporting the US, UK, Italy, and Germany, ensuring smooth and timely delivery of services.
  • Monitoring team performance against defined SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards, and taking corrective actions where needed.
  • Acting as a subject matter expert and escalation point for complex Talent Acquisition administrative processes and queries.
  • Coaching, mentoring, and developing team members to build capabilities, promote engagement, and support individual growth and performance.
  • Collaborating with the global TA function to drive process excellence, continuous improvement, and standardization across markets.
  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships with stakeholders in Talent Acquisition and other HR and business functions.
  • Leading or supporting process transitions from local markets to the GBS model, ensuring smooth onboarding and knowledge transfer.
  • Identifying and implementing improvements in workflows, tools, and documentation to enhance service quality and efficiency.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal policies, data privacy regulations, and audit requirements within the TA administration scope.
  • Supporting reporting and analysis activities, including contributing insights to inform decision-making and process enhancements.

Our requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in HR operations, Shared Services / GBS, preferably in Talent Acquisition Administration, including at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team coordination role
  • Experience working in a global or matrixed environment, supporting multiple countries or regions with a strong stakeholder and candidate-focused mindset
  • Knowledge of HR processes, especially within Talent Acquisition (e.g., interview coordination, background check, high volume recruitment)
  • Strong people leadership skills, with experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing team members
  • Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships across functions and geographies
  • A continuous improvement mindset, with proven experience in driving process optimization projects
  • Ability to act as a change champion, promoting and supporting the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives
  • Fluency in English (C1)
  • Experience in working with HR systems (e.g., Workday, Service Now)
  • Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail
  • Good project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Role overview

    Reporting to the Talent Hub Manager, the HR Services Supervisor – TA Administration plays a key role in overseeing the daily operations and performance of a team of TA Administrators supporting the US, UK, Italian, and German markets.

    In this role, you will be a primary point of contact for processes and queries related to TA administration, ensuring consistent delivery in line with service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and quality standards.

    In partnership with the Talent Hub Manager, the Supervisor provides direction, fosters a culture of process excellence, and drives team engagement and high performance. The role also includes mentoring and coaching team members and cultivating strong relationships with Talent Acquisition and cross-functional stakeholders.

    Additionally, the Supervisor leads efforts in continuous improvement, process standardization, and capability building within the team. The role also plays a critical part in managing and supporting the successful migration of processes from local markets into the GBS model.
