Your responsibilities

Collaborating with the executive and leadership teams,
Supporting and challenging teams and strategic initiative owners in identifying new opportunities,
Analyzing specific opportunities or challenges defined for initiatives :
Challenging the status quo and seeking ways to achieve better results,
Identifying roadblocks and necessary actions to ensure maximum value creation,
Identifying and prioritizing issues requiring further analysis and synthesizing insights,
Developing recommendations and creating implementation plans,
Building effective cross-team relationships.

Our requirements

Experience in consulting, project management, business transformation, and finance,

Fluency in both English and Polish – spoken and written,

Ability to integrate cross-functional topics with strong attention to detail,

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an out-of-the-box mindset,

Ability to collaborate effectively with people from various areas, countries, and organizational levels,

Entrepreneurial mindset and results-driven approach,

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and coordinate teams with diverse tasks across departments and functions,

Experience in manufacturing companies, especially in the automotive or related industries, is a plus.
