Worldwide Offering Manager – Artificial Intelligence Services
Do you aspire to be a part of one of the Global Leaders in the IT world? The Services & Solutions Group at Lenovo is looking for a Worldwide Offering Manager to lead the offering development for Artificial Intelligence (AI) Services.
Key Responsibilities :
Deliverables :
1. Business Case – Develop a comprehensive business case for AI Services.
2. Business / Pricing Model – Define a scalable and competitive pricing model.
3. Route to Market / Go-to-Market Strategy – Establish an effective go-to-market and sales strategy.
4. Channel Model / PNs – Define the appropriate channel model and product numbers (PNs) for ease of consumption.
5. Pre-Defined Solutions / PNs – Develop pre-packaged AI solutions to streamline sales and deployment.
6. Training Material – Create training materials for internal and external stakeholders.
7. Deliver Sales Training – Conduct training sessions to enable sales teams.
8. Define Support Model – Establish a robust support framework for AI service offerings.
9. Review Legal Requirements – Ensure compliance with legal policies and contracts.
10. Review Supply Chain Requirements – Align service delivery with supply chain capabilities.
11. Review Security Requirements – Ensure adherence to security and data privacy standards.
12. Partner with Marketing on Collateral and Deliverables – Work with marketing teams to develop promotional content and customer-facing materials.
13. Competitive Updates – Continuously assess the competitive landscape and refine strategies accordingly.
Organization & Collaboration :
You will report to the Director of AI Services and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product Teams, and local General Managers. You will participate in weekly collaborative planning calls and meetings.
Qualifications & Requirements :
You will report to SSG (Solutions & Services Group) organization structure.
SSG has been focusing on the expanding IT service market, especially the digital workplace services opportunity, the growing demand for aaS (as a Service) model, and customers’ stronger preference for sustainability services. Meanwhile, SSG has continued to invest in software tools, platforms, and repeatable vertical solutions with our own IP, and focus on vertical solutions in manufacturing, retail, healthcare, education, and Smart City. We are expanding TruScale as a Service to include Digital Workplace Solutions, developing our Hybrid Cloud solutions, and exploring Metaverse solutions.
