About the role
We're seeking a dynamic Software Development Manager to lead our engineering team, delivering high-quality cloud based solutions for Tesco Retail's Workforce Management.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for fostering innovation.
You'll play a key role in project success, stakeholder communication, and driving a culture of innovation. As a team player, you'll excel in a fast-paced agile environment, focusing on quality, security, and user impact.
