What does this role involve :
- Cooperate closely with the compliance & legal teams to actively monitor local and EU regulations affecting 1P sales across all markets (PL, CZ, SK & HU)
- Ensure all regulations are reflected in current processes and execute all necessary changes in collaboration with the 1P teams
- Audit & implement processes for new regulations (e.g., PPWR, EUDR, Data Act)
- Act as the key partner to the Group Compliance or legal team, ensuring streamlined communication with internal stakeholders
- Serve as the primary & single point of contact for regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders regarding compliance with regulations
- Stay ahead of a significant number of new and upcoming regulations related projects (e.g., PPWR, EPR for Textiles, EUDR) and establish processes from scratch of how to implement this to Allegro
