We are currently seeking a detail-oriented  Payroll Specialist  to join our  Wroclaw office on a fixed-term contract , supporting payroll operations across the EMEA region.

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Polish payroll processing experience, and any other EMEA payroll.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Fluency in both Polish and English (written and verbal).
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Process and verify monthly payroll, including attendance, working hours, and salary adjustments., Prepare and analyze comprehensive payroll reports and documentation., Ensure compliance with local and international payroll regulations., Handle internal and external audit requests with accuracy and timeliness., Complete month-end closing procedures., Maintain strong relationships with payroll vendors and stakeholders., Contribute to process improvement initiatives and projects.] Requirements : payroll, Degree, Accounting, MS Office, Excel, Communication skills
