IT Leading Business Analyst

Leadership & Team Management : Manage and mentor Business Analysts, assign tasks, and ensure team productivity. Foster a collaborative environment and support team development.

Requirements Gathering & Analysis : Lead workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather and document complex business requirements. Translate them into functional specs, user stories, and process flows aligned with strategic goals.

System Support & Optimization : Oversee IT systems for batch release and certification. Resolve issues, identify improvement opportunities, and support system upgrades in collaboration with IT leadership.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication : Serve as a liaison between business and IT. Deliver training, lead meetings, and provide executive-level updates on project progress.

Compliance & Regulatory Support : Ensure compliance with regulations and internal standards. Support audits and inspections, and stay informed on industry and regulatory changes.

Technology Stack : Experience with SAP QM and Java-based custom applications.

• GxP knowledge - solid understanding of regulatory standards in manufacturing environments.
• Basic SAP knowledge - especially familiarity with the Quality Management (QM) module is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills - ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into clear system requirements.
• Highly self-organized - capable of working independently across multiple teams without constant supervision.
• Team leadership experience - proven ability to lead teams, such as Business Analysts, including task delegation, mentoring, and coordination.
