For our client - SAS Airlines, we are seeking a motivated and aspiring person who would handle all questions and support direct customers that have their trips organized by the carrier. No prior experience is necessary, just a genuine interest and a helpful and collaborative nature!
Your Responsibilities :
Be the 1st point of contact for premium travel inquir i es of customers .
Advise partners on flights, products, online services, payment methods, membership programs etc.
Help in purchasing airline tickets and handling different payment methods .
Support customers with travel difficulties .
Assist passengers via calls / chat .
Foster enduring relationships with customers for building trust .
Our requirements :
Fluent in written and spoken Swedish (C1 level) and English (B2 level)
N aturally helpful and collaborative spirit .
En thusiastic, patient, and open-minded .
Active listener and able to communicate clearly and with ease.
Sharp eye for accuracy and precision.
Highly organized .
A vailab le to work from our office in Warsaw .
