About the project
We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer to design and implement scalable Data Hubs supporting analytical, reporting, operational, and Generative AI use cases. This role involves ensuring data quality, governance, and system scalability while providing technical leadership and mentoring within the team.
Your responsibilities
Designing scalable Data Hubs that integrate multiple data sources, ensuring performance and scalabilityDefining standards, patterns, and best practices for data engineering processesArchitecting batch and real-time data processing pipelines to meet analytical and operational requirementsEnsuring data quality, governance, and compliance across various data solutionsOptimizing performance, storage, and processing efficiency for large-scale data operationsMentoring engineers, promoting best practices, and fostering knowledge sharing within the teamOur requirements
Hands-on experience with Azure data services, including Data Factory, ADLS, Synapse, Azure SQL, and Event HubsDeep knowledge of Databricks and Apache Spark, with a strong focus on data processing and Delta LakeStrong background in real-time and batch data processing, with expertise in handling streaming and large datasetsPractical experience in automation using CI / CD pipelines, Terraform, Kubernetes / AKS, and DockerSkilled in data modeling and governance, with the ability to design secure, scalable, and reliable data architecturesProven track record in defining architectural standards and mentoring technical teamsFluent Polish requiredResiding in Poland requiredWhat we offer
