Job description

For our Client, an international consumer goods company, we are looking for a candidate for the position of P2P Manager.

Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the local Point of Contact for internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries related to the P2P process (e.g., invoice payment status, discrepancies, GR / IR, GR / NI reports, and questions about tool functionality such as Basware, etc.),
  • Monitor, optimize, and communicate P2P workflow reports with Business Units (BU) to ensure timely and efficient process execution,
  • Ensure compliance with company policies by executing, monitoring, and reporting non-compliance issues to relevant stakeholders,
  • Recruit, lead, and set targets for the team, while motivating and providing regular feedback to foster collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement, and a customer-centric approach,
  • Actively contribute to global P2P projects by providing local insights to align with broader global objectives,
  • Proactively identify and implement process improvements within the P2P Support Center,
  • Establish and track performance metrics, ensuring the Support Center meets or exceeds defined targets,
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders to ensure smooth and collaborative P2P operations.

Requirements :

  • P2P process expertise, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of end - to -end processes and systems,
  • experience in a similar role within SSC / BPO environment,
  • excellent leadership and team management skills,
  • very good knowledge of English (min. B2),
  • service-oriented mindset,
  • demonstrated ability to partner with business units and collaborate with different teams,​
  • strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
