As an  Microsoft Azure DevOps Cloud Engineer , you will be working for our client, a global financial leader undergoing a large-scale public cloud transformation. You’ll be part of a high-performing engineering team within the Cloud Services function, building scalable, secure-by-design, and automated cloud capabilities on Microsoft Azure. The client is investing heavily in cloud-native services and DevOps, and your role will focus on enhancing the Azure platform’s resilience, compliance, and performance. You’ll collaborate with cybersecurity, Microsoft, and engineering teams to drive forward secure and compliant cloud innovation.

You’re ideal for this role if you have :

• Demonstrating strong hands-on experience with Azure WAF enablement engineering
• Engineering and deploying secure IaaS and PaaS solutions in Azure environments
• Applying Infrastructure-as-Code practices using tools such as Terraform or ARM
• Implementing and managing CI / CD pipelines in Azure DevOps or GitHub
• Understanding cloud network security, compliance frameworks, and Azure controls
• Managing cloud-based networking, DNS, firewalls, and IP configurations
• Working with high-availability infrastructure such as reverse proxies and web gateways
• Troubleshooting complex cloud infrastructure and providing operational support
• Communicating effectively across engineering, cybersecurity, and business teams
• Staying current with evolving cloud technologies and sharing knowledge within teams
