We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Advertising Sales Director to join our team. This is a hands-on, direct sales role focused on monetizing our proprietary inventories through various ad placements and strategic partner integrations. The emphasis is on generating and scaling search demand (SD) and performance-based monetisation opportunities across our global PC browser ecosystem.

You must bring proven expertise in the search advertising domain and a robust global network of demand-side relationships, especially with search buyers. Your knowledge and connections will be critical in building and executing go-to-market plans to attract new revenue streams and unlock high-value partnerships.

This is a key commercial role with high visibility, designed to accelerate our browser monetisation globally by partnering with top-tier advertisers and agencies, optimizing revenue strategies, and driving sustainable growth.

Role & Responsibilities :

  • Lead and execute the global PC browser monetisation strategy, with a strong focus on search demand acquisition and performance advertising.
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships with direct search buyers, top-tier agencies, and demand-side platforms to unlock new revenue streams.
  • Identify and implement monetisation opportunities across direct deals, programmatic integrations, and high-impact search demand placements.
  • Develop and drive go-to-market plans, leveraging your global network to scale search advertising partnerships across key regions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, data, commercial, and operations) to align monetisation goals with business objectives.
  • Monitor performance data and optimise yield and ROI through continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.

Job Requirements :

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital media sales, with a strong focus on search advertising, performance marketing, and demand-side partnerships.
  • Proven track record of building and managing strategic relationships with search buyers, direct advertisers, and Tier 1 agencies, including existing warm introductions.
  • Deep knowledge of the global digital advertising ecosystem, particularly in search demand acquisition, programmatic, and performance channels.
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and optimize monetisation strategies for revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on, proactive approach, comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and willing to travel internationally.
