Job descriptionAct as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into actionable requirements. Elicit, analyze, and prioritize business and system requirements through client collaboration, workshops, and stakeholder interviews. Develop clear documentation including user stories, use cases, and detailed functional specifications to guide development. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility. Support project planning by contributing to scope definition, timelines, and deliverables. Ensure requirements are testable, traceable, and consistently reviewed throughout the project lifecycle. Adapt across the project lifecycle, leveraging T-shaped skills to contribute flexibly to delivery, quality assurance, and continuous improvement. Strong English communication skills - both casual and professional - as English is our primary working language across our multicultural, multinational teams. German language is a plus. A T-shaped skill set, supported by a university degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Engineer, preferably in agile environments. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and delivering value. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Comfortable with ambiguity, last-minute changes, and the dynamic nature of project work. Willingness to regularly visit our Katowice office.
