E-commerce manager / Business analyst

Role Overview 🏢

What You Will Do ✍️

• Help to develop and execute an effective e-commerce strategy aligned with the company's overall business goals. This includes setting sales targets, identifying growth opportunities, and defining digital marketing campaigns
• Leverage modern data analytics and performance tracking tools to measure KPIs, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
• Manage e-commerce platform integrations, ensuring seamless connections between inventory management, Shopify and ERP system
• Forecast the demand and work with the production and operation team to ensure the right inventory levels
• Work with the logistics department to ensure smooth delivery of the goods to the clients
• Manage digital marketing data and own relationships with digital marketing agencies
