Reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations, you will be the first hire and the owner of our CRM. You will design and implement custom objects, automations, guardrails and more to help the company scale.
You'll collaborate across functions to drive alignment and identify the most impactful optimizations. You will play a key role in improving operational efficiency and devising creative plans to support our business.
Requirements
Core Salesforce Administration
- Maintain and optimize Salesforce CRM platform including user management, security settings, data integrity, and system performance
- Configure custom objects, fields, workflows, and automation to support evolving business processes
- Manage user permissions, profiles, and role hierarchies to ensure appropriate data access across revenue teams
Translating process into the tooling
Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to translate business requirements into Salesforce solutionsDesign and implement lead routing, opportunity management, and pipeline tracking processes that align with the company's sales methodologyCreate and maintain territory management and account assignment rules to optimize revenue team efficiencyData Management and Reporting
Establish data governance standards and maintain data quality through validation rules, duplicate management, and regular data auditsBuild comprehensive dashboards and reports for sales performance, pipeline health, and revenue forecastingIntegrate data scraping insights and external data sources into Salesforce to enhance prospect and customer profilesProcess Automation and Optimization
Develop workflow rules, process builder flows, and approval processes to streamline revenue operationsImplement and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other business systems including marketing automation, customer support, and data processing platformsContinuously evaluate and optimize existing processes to improve user adoption and operational efficiencyTraining, User Support, and Documentation
Provide ongoing training and support to Salesforce users across all revenue functionsCreate documentation, best practices guides, and standard operating procedures for CRM usageServe as primary point of contact for system issues and user questions while maintaining high user satisfaction and platform adoption ratesOwn the roadmap and Scalability
Collaborate with revenue operations leadership to plan Salesforce roadmap and scalability requirementsEvaluate new Salesforce features and third-party applications to enhance CRM capabilitiesSupport company growth by designing scalable processes and system architecture that can accommodate rapid user and data volume increasesRequirements :
Essential Qualifications
Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201 or ADX211) required3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience in a high-growth technology environmentExcellent written and spoken English communication skillsProven ability to work independently and take full ownership of CRM systems and processesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailTechnical Skills
Advanced knowledge of Salesforce configuration including custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rulesExperience with Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and data management toolsProficiency in process automation using Process Builder, Flow, and Apex triggersKnowledge of Salesforce integrations and API management is a plusExperience with data migration, data quality management, and system optimizationLeadership and Growth Potential
