Job description

We are looking for a skilled and driven Electrical Engineer to join a growing engineering team in the area of Wroclaw.

This role is central to delivering high-quality, customized solutions for international clients across industrial, commercial, and residential sectors.

You will be involved in innovative projects, from gathering technical specifications and electrical design, to BOM preparation, quotations, prototyping, and collaborating with production teams.

Key Responsibilities

Design electrical installations and control systems , ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
Create electrical schematics and documentation using EPLAN , SEE Electrical Expert , or equivalent software.
Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver optimal solutions.
Prepare detailed Bills of Materials (BOMs) and support cost estimation and quotations, including customized systems .
Assist in the design and prefabrication of low-voltage switchgears and distribution panels.
Lead or support the prototyping, testing, and validation of electrical systems.
Cooperate closely with the production and assembly teams to ensure smooth implementation and delivery.

Your Profile

Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (BSc or MSc).

Designing electrical installations and control systems.

Developing and reading electrical diagrams and schematics.

Using design tools such as EPLAN , SEE Electrical Expert , or AutoCAD Electrical .

Designing and assembling low-voltage switchgear and distribution systems .

Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements (EN / IEC).

Good command of English & Polish.

Strong project ownership, communication, and organizational skills
