about-project :

  • The IT Infrastructure Analyst will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our IT infrastructure, supporting end users, and ensuring exceptional documentation and service quality. This senior individual contributor role does not have direct managerial responsibilities but plays a crucial role in guiding and supporting junior colleagues.
  • responsibilities :

  • Maintain and continuously improve the existing LAN / WAN infrastructure (Cisco, Meraki), focusing on optimization and future enhancements.
  • Administer Active Directory (on-prem and Azure), manage SharePoint storage, and support end-user environments (Windows, Apple, Android).
  • Maintain and support network infrastructure in retail locations (Meraki Firewalls, Access Points, Switches; Printers, CCTV, POS (network wise) and others).
  • Deliver 2nd-level support across the CEE region with a high focus on user satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Act as a senior technical resource within the team, guiding and supporting junior colleagues through experience exchange and collaboration.
  • Create and maintain detailed and structured technical documentation, including system architecture, configuration records, SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and user manuals.
  • Cooperate with the International HQ IT team (Swiss) and local departments to align on infrastructure standards and roadmaps.
  • Evaluate new technologies and solutions that improve scalability, security, or efficiency.
  • requirements-expected :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Certifications (Cisco CCNA / CCNP, Microsoft, ITIL) are highly valued.
  • Minimum 5 years in IT infrastructure support or engineering roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience from a Service Desk or End-User Support environment is mandatory.
  • High empathy and responsiveness to end-user needs.
  • Ability to prioritize and triage incidents effectively.
  • Strong documentation skills (architecture, SOPs, user manuals).
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
  • Analytical, structured, and solution-driven mindset.
  • Mentoring attitude toward junior team members.
  • Mobility : required to travel to either CZ or PL once per month, with occasional travel to HU / SK as needed.
