Job descriptionIndustry : Consulting Location : 100% remote Type of employment : B2B or employment contract Budget : 130-190 net / hour / b2b Project area : OTM implementations Project duration : 1 year with possible extensions Project language : German Start date : ASAP Only candidates with citizenship in the European Union and residence in Poland Prepare and lead discovery workshops with customer stakeholders to gather business requirements Analyze documentation and define workshop objectives tailored to customer needs Develop high-level ServiceNow OTM solution concepts, including scope, process maps, and architecture Present and validate solution concepts with customers, incorporating feedback for approval Plan implementation phases and collaborate with project managers on timelines and resources Configure ServiceNow modules and support co-development with developers and architects Conduct quality assurance, including testing and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Provide training, support go-live activities, and facilitate knowledge transfer to users and admins Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow implementations, specifically OTM Fluent German language skills (spoken and written) Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture Experience working within the Scrum project methodology Excellent communication and facilitation skills Unique opportunity to join an international team and lead innovation projects Private medical care (with dental care financed 70% by the company) Life Insurance Multisport Card Integration events sharing the costs of sports activities private medical care sharing the costs of professional training & courses life insurance remote work opportunities integration events dental care extra social benefits employee referral program
