Learning & Development Administrator

Your responsibilities
- Coordination of training sessions with both internal trainers and external vendors
- Setting up and promoting training offerings in the Learning Center
- Maintenance of accurate training records, including attendance and participant feedback
- Support of compliance monitoring and following up on mandatory training completion
- Coordination of the onboarding process (end-to-end), including sending invitations to participants and their managers, and organizing onboarding meetings
- Administration of the Centralized Education Fund by processing applications, maintaining documentation, and communicating with applicants and their managers
- Preparation of monthly and quarterly data and / or reports related to the Learning & Development Dashboard, Centralized Education Fund, language courses, onboarding and other learning initiatives
- Handling invoices related to learning and development activities
- Ensuring training materials are current and stored in accordance with internal guidelines
- Managing the team mailbox and handling incoming requests
Our requirements
Approximately 2 years of experience in a similar roleStrong attention to detail and diligence in managing training logistics and documentationExcellent administrative and coordination abilities, ensuring smooth execution of learning activitiesClear and professional communication with employees, managers, trainers, and vendorsCompetence in data handling, including analysis, reporting, and drawing actionable insightsProficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPointEducational background at B.Sc. or M.Sc. level in HR, administration or a related fieldFluency in written and spoken EnglishOptional

This position is based at our friendly office in Warsaw, Poland and you will join our Learning & Competence Development and DE&I team. The team is in charge of delivering relevant learning opportunities that support the competence development of employees and leaders across all stages of the employee lifecycle, in alignment with BEC’s strategic goals. It also owns the onboarding process and the Performance & Development cycle, and plays a key role in advancing the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion agenda.
The Learning & Development Administrator role offers the opportunity to contribute to impactful learning and development initiatives by ensuring a strong foundation through high quality administration, structured coordination, and diligent maintenance. At BEC, we prefer to collaborate often in the office, but we also have the opportunity to work remotely up to 8 days per month. Your direct manager will be Agnieszka Mikoś.
