Responsibilities :

Develop and implement quality metrics to monitor and improve software quality

Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, issues and areas of improvement

Collaborate with development teams to ensure adherence to quality standards and industry best practices

Utilize quality tools and methodologies, such as DMAIC to drive continuous improvement initiatives

Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for identified defects

Document and report quality assurance activities and findings

Assessing the product team’s performance, capability, process gaps, and improvements areas

Develop, establish, and enforce quality assurance standards and measures within the organization, with an emphasis on frontloading quality efforts.

Collaboratively work with development teams to diagnose issues in software resulting from test validation discrepancies, contributing to the resolution.

Perform thorough software code review analysis to identify potential issues and improvements.

Support development of standards and procedures to determine product quality and release readiness.

Collaboration with product teams to continually improve their products and development process – provide support to identify lessons learned, develop true preventative actions, and track them to completion

Participating in planned internal and external audits and actively following up on findings until closure

Preferred Qualifications :

Strong understanding of Quality metrics and their application to continuous improvement processes.

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Working knowledge and experience with Atlassian Suite (JIRA, EazyBI, Confluence)

Working knowledge and experience with DOORS Requirement Management Tool

Agile SW Development Methodologies preferred

Candidates must have Six Sigma Black belt or Green belt to be considered for this role.

Basic Requirements

Required Skills :

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management, or Quality Engineering

5+ years of work experience in Quality Management (SW, HW, or Supplier), Software Development or Testing, or SW Project Management required.

Six Sigma Green or Black Belt required

Availability to work two or three days a week in our Kraków office. (Czerwone Maki 82)
