For our client, a global high-tech company, we are looking to fill the position of :

HRO Specialist with German

Reference number : ARIA / 06 / 2025

Workplace : Zabierzów

Your main responsibilities :

Managing HR-related requests in a timely and accurate manner, while keeping clients regularly informed about the status of their cases

Accurately logging and classifying inquiries in the ticketing system, and routing them to the appropriate teams

Taking full ownership of client issues and responding effectively to escalations

Actively engaging in client meetings to discuss processes and resolve issues

Delivering professional support via the service hotline for incoming inquiries

Achieving set performance goals and ensuring compliance with established SLA metrics

Requirements :

Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level

Fluent command of German at the C1 level

At least 2 years of experience in HR administration

Good knowledge of MS Excel and Word, as well as systems such as SAP PHR, Workday, and ticketing platforms

Strong analytical and communication skills

Ability to anticipate client needs and take proactive actions

Accuracy and awareness of data protection regulations (GDPR)

Effective time management and the ability to work in a multitasking environment

Experience in direct client service and timely completion of assigned tasks

Minimum secondary education
