Collaborate with the ServiceNow team to implement all ServiceNow modules globally.
Understand and translate business needs into technical solutions, ensuring standardized processes.
Provide expertise on all technical questions related to ServiceNow development.
Develop technical specifications and implement ServiceNow integrations.
Develop technical solutions and perform component integration tests.
Make configuration changes using ServiceNow scripting (UI Policies / Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Jelly scripting, and Angular JS).

Qualifications

Previous 4 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.

Experience with ServiceNow modules : Service Portal, ITSM, Integrations, ITOM, GRC, and SPM.

Proficient in ServiceNow scripting (UI Policies / Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Jelly scripting, Angular JS).

German and English fluent.
