responsibilities :
Define and implement frontend test strategies and frameworks across the organisation
Lead a chapter of quality engineers focused on frontend technologies and best practices
Drive excellence in automated testing within agile squads and cross-functional teams
Build scalable and intelligent testing systems integrated with CI / CD pipelines
Mentor and support engineers in testing approaches and clean code practices
Work with technical leaders to evolve predictive, automation-first test approaches
Collaborate with stakeholders to embed quality into product development from day one
requirements-expected :
Proven experience in frontend testing, especially with React Native
Strong understanding of automated test frameworks, mocking, and stubbing
Experience with frontend test integration in CI / CD environments
Hands-on expertise in software performance and security testing
Prior leadership in guiding Quality Engineering teams towards shared goals
Experience working in agile environments and testing distributed microservices
