As we scale, we’re looking for a Staff SDET Chapter Lead who will shape our frontend testing strategy and raise the quality bar across our platform. This is a leadership role where you’ll collaborate closely with engineering, product, and design teams to deliver robust, automated solutions. Define and implement frontend test strategies and frameworks across the organisation Lead a chapter of quality engineers focused on frontend technologies and best practices Drive excellence in automated testing within agile squads and cross-functional teams Build scalable and intelligent testing systems integrated with CI / CD pipelines Mentor and support engineers in testing approaches and clean code practices Work with technical leaders to evolve predictive, automation-first test approaches Collaborate with stakeholders to embed quality into product development from day one Proven experience in frontend testing, especially with React Native Strong understanding of automated test frameworks, mocking, and stubbing Experience with frontend test integration in CI / CD environments Hands-on expertise in software performance and security testing Prior leadership in guiding Quality Engineering teams towards shared goals Experience working in agile environments and testing distributed microservices Work with a forward-thinking, diverse, and inclusive engineering team Contribute to a product that’s reshaping how businesses interact with financial services Enjoy a remote-friendly culture with flexibility and autonomy Build solutions that scale, supported by modern technology and bold ideas sharing the costs of sports activities private medical care life insurance remote work opportunities flexible working time
