HR Intern (Talent Management)

Location – Cracow

Our internship is a unique opportunity for you to gain a firsthand experience in an international environment.

As part of the EMEA Talent Management Team you will be providing support on a set of topics ranging from internal HR processes, Learning & Development, to mentoring programs, while forming part of a dynamic and dedicated team that supports our internal customers across EMEA.

You will :

• Support communication on updates, and training initiatives related to internal HR processes
• Support the creation and update of learning materials related to different Talent Management initiatives
• Maintain Talent Management SharePoint
• Support on the IP Mentorship Community program and assist participants throughout the process
• Gain exposure to a wide range of Talent Management related topics

You have :
