WHAT TASKS CAN YOU EXPECT?

• Collaborating with key stakeholders to streamline and refine the entire P2P process
• Leading the creation, implementation, and communication of the standard P2P process across all TÜV Rheinland regions
• Initiating and driving continuous improvements to enhance system and process efficiencies, leveraging digital technologies and AI solutions
• Leading projects focused on optimizing and harmonizing the P2P process (with PMO support)
• Providing expert guidance on process design, benchmarking, tool implementation, and system changes with Process Architects
• Defining and overseeing rules and guidelines for process compliance and internal controls, ensuring they are followed
• Fostering experience exchange and external benchmarking by facilitating internal and external coordination
• Preparing and maintaining comprehensive process documentation, including process maps, RACI matrix, and control descriptions
• Managing effective training and communication initiatives related to the P2P process
• Developing and implementing performance metrics and regular reporting for the E2E process
• Acting as an IT interface, manage IT change requests, coordinating between SSC Operations, IT, and Corporate Centers
• Staying informed on new P2P technologies, including AI capabilities, to evaluate and facilitate their implementation to ensure our processes remain cutting edge
