Job descriptionSupervision of technical maintenance and daily checks of installations Coordination of external services for site operations Supporting the Shopping Center General Manager in their daily responsibilities Prioritizing various tasks for the technical team, as well as planning and scheduling all necessary repairs Enforcement of regulations and norms related to the services supervised Daily communication with tenants and their contractors regarding installations, adaptations, and all possible technical and logistic aspects and issues
Requirements :
- Degree in a related technical field such as engineering, construction, or facilities management
- 3-4 years of work experience in facility management
- Structured, goal-oriented, service-oriented mindset
- Excellent interpersonal and teamworking skills
- Strong analytical and strategic skills
- Very good command of English
